Experteer Overview
In this role you will help expand Agilent's AI capabilities across scientific, service, commercial, and operational domains.

You will join cross-functional AI pods to design, deploy, and scale trusted AI solutions that deliver measurable business impact.

You’ll work on production AI applications, AI-ready data products, and governance practices to ensure reliable outcomes.

This is a chance to help scale AI at enterprise level while collaborating with domain experts and platform teams.

You will contribute to building reusable AI capabilities that accelerate future use cases across the company.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Build production AI applications, agents, and AI-enabled workflows
• Design retrieval foundations for AI solutions (RAG, vector search, semantic enrichment)
• Develop AI-ready data products with governance, lineage, and reuse
• Create reusable capabilities and patterns to accelerate enterprise AI
• Apply evaluation, monitoring, observability, and governance for reliable AI outcomes




• Partner with domain experts to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions
• Leverage AI-assisted approaches like metadata generation, entity resolution, and content classification to improve data quality and discoverability

Responsabilidades
• Experience building software, AI, platform, or data solutions in production
• Familiarity with modern AI technologies, data platforms, and enterprise architectures
• Strong engineering foundations with focus on quality, reliability, and reusability
• Ability to partner with stakeholders and domain experts; scalable mindset
• Strong communication and ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• Curiosity about AI and commitment to continuous learning
• Bachelor's degree or higher; 6+ years of relevant experience
