The role
As we support a major Spanish financial services firm with their digital transition, we need a Junior AI Implementation Specialist to help bridge the gap between technical potential and organizational reality. This position exists to ensure that new technologies are integrated into the client's workflow in a way that respects their existing decision rights and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with our consultants to document processes and test how these tools reduce operational friction. This is a permanent, full-time position that is performed fully remote, allowing you to contribute to international projects from your own workspace.
What you will do

- Research specific AI tools and software applications that can address the structural friction identified within the client's financial reporting lines.
- Draft clear, technical documentation that outlines how new tools will be integrated into the firm's daily operations.
- Monitor the initial stages of AI implementation to ensure the outputs remain consistent with the client's governance standards.
- Assist senior consultants by preparing briefing notes on the technical feasibility of proposed automation workflows.
- Organize and categorize data sets used for testing to ensure all conclusions are based on accurate evidence.
- Help translate complex technical requirements into plain language for non-technical leadership teams.
- Coordinate remote project updates to keep all team members informed of implementation milestones and technical blockers.
