Your mission
We are looking to add a senior SAP SD specialist to our SAP Support team (reporting directly to the team lead) who wants to go beyond reactive support and actively contribute to the evolution of a business-critical SAP landscape, including the transformation towards SAP S/4HANA.
Responsibilities
Support, enhance, and optimize SAP processes in the sales area, with a focus on SAP SD, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (GxP)
Manage end-to-end sales processes: from quotation and order through invoicing, including integration with finance, logistics, and warehouse
Independently handle incidents, service requests, and changes within 1st and 2nd level support
Support and develop interfaces between SAP SD and internal/external systems (EDI, logistics providers, customer integrations)
Create and maintain system, process, and test documentation, supporting GxP validation activities
Train key users and coordinate to ensure stable and efficient SAP operations
Actively contribute to digital transformation projects and the evolution towards SAP S/4HANA
Requirements




Minimum 3 years of experience supporting, enhancing, and customizing SAP applications with a focus on SD (senior profile)
Solid knowledge of end-to-end sales processes (order, shipping, delivery, invoicing)
Experience in application management and 1st/2nd level support
Practical experience with SAP interfaces and collaboration with related modules (MM-PUR, WM, EWM)
Structured and self-driven working style, able to translate business requirements into practical solutions
German level B2/C1 and fluent English (the first interview will be conducted in German)
Based in Madrid (one day of telework per week), with a Category B driving licence and availability to travel periodically to Germany
Nice to have
Experience in regulated environments (GxP)
Initial experience with SAP S/4HANA or transformation projects
Knowledge of EDI, IDoc, or similar integration scenarios
Experience training key users
Spanish language skills (in addition to German/English)
