Foundever is looking for French and English Customer Support Specialists to join an international project supporting a leading company in the electronic device warranty and insurance sector.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy customer interaction, problem-solving, and working in a multicultural environment while developing their career within a integral company.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage warranty and insurance coverage for electronic devices.
- Handle customer queries, incidents, and claims professionally and efficiently.
- Provide customer support in French while using English as a working language.
- Deliver a positive customer experience in every interaction.

- Temporary contract (6 months) with real possibilities for continuity.

Requirements:

- Native or bilingual level of French.
