Experteer Overview
In this role you will design and operate Directory Services infrastructure to protect information and assets, spanning on‑premises and cloud environments. You’ll lead small to medium technical teams, drive end‑to‑end infrastructure design, and collaborate with general partners to evaluate solutions through PoCs and feasibility studies. You will provide 2nd/3rd line support, monitor performance, and manage incidents and changes. A strong emphasis on ITIL, governance and cross‑functional collaboration shapes your impact, with on‑call rotation and occasional travel.

and project management concepts (Request, Incident, Change, Problem, Document, Qualification/Validation)
• Engage in on‑call support (approximately 1 week per month) and occasional international travel
• Continuously develop technical and soft skills to maintain operational excellence

Responsabilidades
• 6+ years of experience administering and troubleshooting Active Directory and Entra ID
• Robust experience in a major global organization, preferably regulated
• Strong design and hands‑on technical background in Microsoft Directory Services
• Experience with LDAP/Active Directory and governance of identity security cloud services; hybrid synchronization (Cloud/On‑Premise)
• PowerShell scripting skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation and documentation skills
• Willingness to evolve technically and cross‑train across disciplines
• Customer‑focused and responsive service delivery ethos
• Ability to interact across cultures and time zones
