Experteer Overview
In this role you will design, build, and operate scalable data pipelines and platform components on Snowflake to support decision-making, reporting and analytics. You will partner with data governance, security, and product teams to uplift data quality and reliability while implementing robust ELT pipelines and data products for core financial domains. This position offers impact across finance data management, governance, and platform scalability, with opportunities to influence architecture and workflow efficiency. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design and implement ELT pipelines using dbt on Snowflake with standard data modeling
• Build and maintain data products for fund accounting, positions, NAV, and regulatory reporting
• Define data contracts, expectations and alerts
• Design and develop infrastructure components using Terraform or other IaC tools
• Collaborate with architects, security engineers, control functions,



and the Chief Data Office to improve compliance, security and reliability
• Translate product vision into platform capabilities with product owners

Responsabilidades
• 10+ years of experience in data engineering roles
• Deep hands-on expertise with Snowflake (architecture, performance, Snowpark, OpenFlow, Streamlit)
• Strong dbt proficiency (models, macros, packages, testing, deployment)
• Very strong Python skills for pipeline development
• Experience with dimensional modeling, SCD or Data Vault
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP), StreamSets and Airflow
• Exposure to data governance tooling (Collibra)
• Knowledge of asset management / financial services data domain is a plus
• Fluent in English
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity with responsible data use
