As a Senior Structural Engineer in Arup's Madrid team, you lead the technical delivery of iconic projects and shape their direction within a multidisciplinary environment. You mentor engineers, drive design from concept to completion, and champion digital tools to enhance efficiency and creativity. This role combines leadership with high-impact structural design in a sustainability-focused practice. You’ll contribute to bids and proposals to secure challenging work and advance low-carbon, resilient structures.

Responsabilidades
• 6-8 years of experience as a structural designer on significant building projects
• Degree in Civil Engineering with Chartered status
• Proficiency in advanced structural analysis programs
• Expertise in BIM (Revit) and parametric design tools (Rhino/Grasshopper) with Python; AI skills a plus
• Fluency in Spanish and English
