Experteer Overview
In this role you join Celonis as an Associate Value Engineer to support customer engagements across the Benelux region, shaping AI-enabled solutions on the Process Intelligence Platform. You will work with sales and clients to uncover core challenges, run proof-of-value projects, and present ROI-driven outcomes to senior stakeholders. You will prototype AI solutions, drive value realization, and help co-develop product innovations. This program emphasizes hands-on learning, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate your career in enterprise software.

• Support the Benelux Value Engineering team in customer engagements
• Collaborate with customers to identify business challenges and map them to Celonis solutions and AI strategy
• Execute proof-of-value projects and present quantified business value to senior executives

Responsabilidades
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to learn from mistakes
• Bachelor or Master in relevant fields and related work/internship experience
• Curiosity, self-motivation, and appetite for continuous learning
• Basic knowledge or hands-on experience in SQL and/or Python
• Exposure to process mining and completion of Celonis Rising Star modules a plus
• Analytical and creative thinking for applying technology to business problems
• Focus on delivering customer value and driving results
• Ability to build relationships with senior management and influence decisions
• Confidence presenting to C-level executives and larger audiences
• Willingness to travel to Benelux region
• Fluent in Dutch and English
