Schneider Digital is the digital department of Schneider Electric, leading the digital transformation in the company by giving support globally to our internal teams and our clients. Schneider Digital consists of 6 Digital Hubs worldwide which are strategically located to ensure a 24/7 support across the company (France, China, India, USA, Mexico and Spain). Our Digital Hub in Barcelona is formed by +450 employees working in strategic projects and different roles such as Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, Cloud, Infrastructures, IT Project Management or Digital Marketing.
DCR is the digital backbone of Schneider Electric, representing ~1,200 FTEs and FTCs across eight capability domains. As AI is projected to reshape every DCR role, The DCR AI Operations team has been established to stand up a governed programme that turns the AI vision into measurable delivery across all DCR capabilities.
Phase 2 of the programme (H2 2026) focuses on building the foundation: establishing governance structures,
validating priority use cases through live pilots, and preparing the organisation for full-scale deployment in Phase 3. The Transformation & Change stream is the backbone of this phase - responsible for programme governance, use case portfolio management, process reinvention, and capability upskilling across all domains.
In this context, the Program Manager is the operational lead of the Transformation stream and the central orchestrator of the overall programme, translating strategic intent into a governed and deliverable roadmap.
