This role is ideal for someone who loves developing creative strategies, spotting trends before they become mainstream and building systems that consistently generate winning creatives (static + video).

Figure out what makes people stop scrolling, click, and convert — then turn that into a constant flow of high-performing ads and concepts.

You won't be working alone. You'll lead a team of video editors and creators who will execute and scale the creative vision you define. You won't be doing the video editing yourself!

What You'll Do:

- Develop creative concepts and ad angles for paid social that drive acquisition performance
- Turn product insights,



user behavior and performance data into new creative ideas
- Identify winning patterns and turn them into repeatable creative frameworks
- Write clear briefs and guide designers, editors and UGC creators through execution
- Turn performance insights into actionable creative strategies
- Brief, guide and challenge the creative team to deliver high-performing static and video assets
- Partner with Growth, Product and Marketing teams to support business objectives
- Stay ahead of trends, competitors and emerging creative formats by creating for multiple channels: Meta, TikTok, Applovin, etc.

Requirements:

- 5+ years in Creative Production, Creative Strategy or Performance Creative
- Proven experience in mobile apps, consumer tech, SaaS or subscription businesses
- Strong understanding of Meta and TikTok creative ecosystems
- Ability to combine creative thinking with performance-driven decision making
- Experience leading creative projects and influencing cross-functional teams

Must have:

- Experience managing creative teams
- UGC and creator experience
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative workflows
