Experteer Overview
As an Employment Counsel in Barcelona, you will advise on Spain-specific employment law and broader regional matters, partnering with People and Culture to guide employee relations, contracts, and compliance. You’ll support cross-border initiatives and works councils while managing disputes and regulatory inquiries. This role combines legal risk management with strategic policy counsel to sustain SiteMinder’s fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will work closely with global teams to enable compliant, pragmatic decision-making and scalable HR practices.

• Manage or oversee employment litigation and regulatory inquiries
• Monitor regional legal developments and adjust policies accordingly

Responsabilidades
• Law degree with admission to practice in Spain
• Extensive experience as an employment lawyer in a top-tier firm or multinational in-house
• Proven expertise in Spanish employment law, works councils, employee representatives, and union processes
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Analytical, pragmatic thinking with ability to provide innovative advice
• Strong relationship management skills across stakeholders and external advisers
• Comfortable in fast-paced, scale-up environments
• Experience working with AI technologies to increase efficiency
• Willingness to work across time zones
