This is a premier opportunity to get in on the ground floor of our newest expansion. We are seeking ambitious, commercially minded Recruitment Consultants who want to play a key role in shaping this location from day one and grow alongside our brand.

No prior recruitment background? That’s completely fine. We look for dynamic professionals with a strong commercial instinct, sharp communication skills, and the drive to succeed. Our intensive onboarding and tailored on-the-job coaching will provide you with all the expert tools to master the industry.

What will you do?

- Find & Connect: Proactively target and headhunt top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, modern tools, and our existing candidate network.
- Assess & Match: Conduct in-depth interviews to understand candidate motivations and align them with business opportunities at your client companies.
- Build Your Business: Develop and manage your own portfolio of corporate clients through active business development and consultative selling.
- Drive Results: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle—from initial outreach to final negotiation and placement.

Who are you?

- Education:



You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (in any field).
- Commercial Drive: You are target-oriented, commercially astute, and motivated by tangible business results.
- Language Skills: You are fluent in French and have a strong professional command of English. Good knowledge of Dutch is a clear advantage.
- Profile: You bring strong business acumen, high energy, and a desire to take ownership of your professional and financial growth.
