Senior Group Controller – your key responsibilities

- Drive the Group's monthly performance review: explain the deviations that matter, challenge them, and follow corrective plans through to results.
- Answer the questions the CEO and CFO actually ask, by combining internal Finance, HR and Real Estate data with external inputs.
- Rebuild the reporting toolkit: templates, dashboards and KPIs, designed hand in hand with the Group Reporting team.




- Turn numbers into a storyline senior management can act on, not a pack of slides they skim.
- Lead one junior controller, with real ownership of their development and your own coaching skills.

Senior Group Controller – your requirements

- Experience: 5 to 9 years in Business Controlling, FP&A; or Financial Consulting, gained in an international group, including a first team responsibility
- Languages: fluent English is the working language and non-negotiable; French or Dutch is a real plus
- Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or Sciences

- A gross annual package of up to approximately €90K, depending on your experience
