HAYS Technology is assisting one of their clients in their search for a freelance DTPS Operational Support Consultant.

As a DTPS Operational Support Consultant, you will support the implementation of a DTPS support model by driving operational follow-up, maintaining trackers, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring activities are completed, documented, and ready for operations. This is a hands-on coordination role focused on execution, monitoring, and operational readiness.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day follow-up of DTPS support model activities and action items

• Maintain execution trackers, action logs, risks, blockers, dependencies and deliverables

• Coordinate with ITSOs, SMEs, infrastructure teams and external partners

• Support operational readiness activities, including system records, support groups, KBAs and SRMs

• Collect evidence and keep documentation up to date

• Prepare status reports and provide visibility on progress, risks and priorities

• Follow up on overdue actions and escalate blockers when needed

• Support meetings by tracking actions, decisions and follow-up items

Must Have Skills





• Experience in operational coordination, implementation support or IT operations

• Strong tracker, reporting and follow-up skills

• Experience working with documentation, KBAs, runbooks and governance records

• Good understanding of ITSM environments and service operations

• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms

• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills

• Detail-oriented, proactive and execution-focused mindset

• Fluent in English

Nice to Have

• Experience in pharmaceutical, scientific or regulated environments

• Knowledge of Service Request Models (SRMs) and support group management

• Experience working with IT service transitions and operational readiness activities

• Familiarity with MyWorkplace

Long-term freelance assignment based in Eigenbrakel. Hybrid working model with 3/4 onsite days per week and flexibility for the remaining days.
