Hiring: Product Owner Traffic | Brussels ??

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner Traffic to join an ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) program within the Belgian public sector client.

? Location: Brussels – Hybrid

? Start: ASAP

⏳ Duration: 4 months and extendable

? Workload: Full-time, 40h/week

? On-site: Minimum 2 days/week in Brussels

? Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision and translate it into a clear roadmap

• Manage requirements, dependencies, risks and priorities

• Coordinate Traffic-related products, initiatives and stakeholders

• Track progress, decisions, actions and quality standards

• Work closely with internal users, IT teams and external partners

• Support communication, knowledge management and change management

• Act as the link between Business and IT

✅ Requirements





• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT project experience

• Proven Product Owner experience

• Experience with JIRA & Confluence

• Public sector experience is strongly preferred

• Strong stakeholder and analytical skills

• Experience with roadmaps, requirements and risk/dependency management

• Native French or Dutch, with strong passive knowledge of the other

• Active knowledge of English
