About the RoleWe are looking for an Out Systems Tech Lead (Out Systems 11 & ODC) with strong architectural vision and hands‑on expertise to lead the delivery of enterprise‑grade applications and guide teams in best practices, innovation, and maintainability. High English level is required.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and review solution architectures for Out Systems applicationsEnsure compliance with architectural standards and development best practicesDesign process‑driven and case‑driven solutions using BPT and CMFGuide development teams on architecture, design decisions, and implementation approachesEstablish and enforce coding standards and development guidelinesPerform architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical risk assessmentsIdentify and resolve technical debt, anti‑patterns, scalability issues, and performance bottlenecksParticipate in development activities and support release preparationMentor team members and provide continuous technical leadershipCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful solution deliveryMandatory RequirementsStrong expertise in Out Systems 11 and Out Systems Developer Cloud (ODC)Deep knowledge of Out Systems architecture: modularization, dependency management, scalability, and maintainabilityExperience with BPT and Case Management Framework (CMF)Strong understanding of layered architecture and enterprise application designProven experience refactoring legacy Out Systems applications and resolving architectural anti‑patternsExperience in integrations (REST, SOAP, asynchronous patterns)Knowledge of cloud‑native architectures and distributed systemsSolid software engineering foundation (OOP,
