Are you passionate about automation, IT operations, and optimizing enterprise tools ? We’re looking for an experienced L3 specialist to help transform IT operations through smarter automation, better observability, and continuous improvement.
Strong experience with PowerShell, Python, Ansible & REST APIs
Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow ITSM/CMDB
Exposure to monitoring tools such as Centreon & Azure Monitor
Experience with SCCM/Intune patch automation
IT tools optimization, integrations, dashboards & reporting
Strong understanding of ITIL v4, security and operational governance
