Key Responsibilities
Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, transformation, and support projects.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into innovative SAP solutions.
Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP solutions across functional or technical areas.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, data teams, and AI specialists.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, generative AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics within SAP processes.
Support the adoption of SAP Business AI, Joule, SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud, and other AI-enabled SAP technologies.
Drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
Contribute to the design of future-ready SAP solutions aligned with clients' digital transformation strategies.

Basic Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of SAP experience in any functional, technical, analytics, integration, or architecture area.
Experience participating in SAP projects, enhancements, support, migrations, or implementations.
Understanding of business processes related to the candidate's area of expertise.
Interest in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
Ability to work in collaborative and international environments.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
English proficiency is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
Exposure to SAP BTP, SAP Business AI, Joule, automation solutions, analytics, or machine learning.
SAP certifications.
Agile delivery experience.
