Build and manage strategic partnerships with marketplaces, such as delivery platforms and aggregators, and key technology providers
Own partner relationships end-to-end, from sourcing and onboarding to ongoing growth and performance management
Identify new partnership opportunities aligned with company growth strategy
Drive commercial outcomes through joint go-to-market, pipeline generation, and revenue contribution
Act as the main point of contact for partners and ensure strong, long-term relationships
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to activate and scale partnerships
Negotiate partnership agreements and commercial terms
Track and report partner performance and ROI
Shape and scale the partner ecosystem across Europe
Requirements 3–7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial roles
Strong relationship management skills with proven ability to influence stakeholders
Experience with marketplaces, SaaS platforms, or tech ecosystems is a strong plus
Commercial mindset with ability to identify and close revenue opportunities




Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
Fluent in English;
additional European languages are a plus
