Forward Deployed Engineer — Data & AI Remote across European time zones · Full-time

An early-stage

AI & Data company

is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to work at the intersection of

AI, data, product and customers .

You'll build production solutions that solve real customer problems, while helping shape the core product. This includes building AI agents, data pipelines, integrations, PoCs and evaluation frameworks, as well as working directly with enterprise customers.

What we're looking for 5+ years

of software/data/AI engineering experience Strong

Python, SQL and data engineering

skills Either a

Data Engineer with AI/agent experience

or

AI Engineer with strong data experience Experience building and shipping

production systems end-to-end Understanding of

AI evaluation and probabilistic systems Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Comfortable working in

ambiguous, fast-moving startup environments Commercial mindset — focused on

customer outcomes and ROI , not just technology You'll typically spend around

40% with customers and 40% building the core product , with significant ownership and influence over what gets built.
