Product Owner – Payments

We are looking for a Product Owner to support the development and transformation of payment products and platforms within banking and financial services.

Responsibilities

- Own and prioritise the product backlog for payment-related initiatives.
- Translate business and customer requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Define product requirements and support roadmap development.
- Work closely with engineering, architecture, operations and business teams.
- Prioritise features based on business value, customer needs and regulatory requirements.
- Support payment platform transformation and migration initiatives.




- Participate in Agile ceremonies and drive delivery throughout the product lifecycle.

Experience

- 3–6 years' experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis or Product Management.
- Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem.
- Experience with areas such as SEPA, instant payments, cards, payment processing or payment platforms.
- Strong Agile/Scrum experience.
- Experience working with technical delivery teams and business stakeholders.

Knowledge of ISO 20022, PSD2/PSD3, APIs or payment modernisation programmes would be beneficial.
