WORK REGIME: 100% (HYBRID - FULL TIME) 2 TO 3 DAYS ONSITE

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PROJECT MANAGER

- Manage projects from launch to closure, ensuring compliance with objectives, deadlines, costs and quality.
- Define the scope, objectives, deliverables and schedule of the project in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain the project plan as well as the various associated plans (resources, risks, communication, quality).
- Monitor the progress of the work and coordinate the actions necessary for the proper execution of the project.
- Ensure project alignment with business needs and organizational priorities.

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT

- Collect, analyze and formalize the needs of users and business lines.
- Ensure regular communication with sponsors, customers, business and technical teams.
- Organize and lead project meetings, steering committees and workshops.
- Facilitate decision-making and follow up on the actions decided.

RESOURCE AND RISK MANAGEMENT

- Plan and coordinate internal and external resources assigned to the project.
- Identify, analyze and monitor project risks, assumptions and dependencies.




- Implement the necessary action plans to limit the impact on the project.
- Manage change requests and assess their impact on costs, deadlines and scope.

SUPPLIER AND CONSULTANCY MANAGEMENT

- Participate in the definition of external service needs.
- Ensure the operational follow-up of suppliers and consultants.
- Control the quality of the deliverables and validate the services provided.
- Ensure compliance with contractual commitments.

STEERING AND REPORTING

- Monitor the key indicators of the project (planning, budget, quality, risks, benefits).
- Prepare reports for sponsors and management.
- Ensure budget monitoring and propose the necessary trade-offs.
- Ensure that project documentation is updated and that decisions are traceable.

METHODOLOGIES AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

- Apply the project management methodologies and processes in force within Client.
- Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement of project management practices.
- Share best practices with other project managers.
