Senior Business Analyst specialized in SAP IS-U Billing & Invoicing, responsible for bridging business and technical teams within an Agile environment. The consultant will translate business requirements into cost-efficient end-to-end solutions, support incident resolution, testing activities, and contribute to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Your missions:

- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Analyse and translate business requirements into end-to-end solutions.
- Deliver value through iterative Agile deliveries.
- Support incident and defect management.
- Execute and coordinate testing activities.
- Contribute to operational efficiency and customer experience improvements.

Your activities:

- Analyse business needs and functional requirements.
- Define functional solutions aligned with business objectives.




- Assess dependencies and impacts across processes and systems.
- Monitor and analyse incidents and defects.
- Identify and coordinate corrective actions.
- Execute functional tests with internal teams.
- Facilitate meetings and present solutions to stakeholders.
- Collaborate within multidisciplinary Agile teams.

You have the following skills:

- SAP IS-U Billing & Invoicing (min 8 years).
- Belgian Utilities Market & Messaging (min 8 years).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- End-to-end requirements and solution assessment.
- Incident and defect analysis.
- Functional testing experience.
- Agile mindset and experience working in sprints.
- Customer-centric approach.
- Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
- Ability to identify and manage dependencies.
- Mandatory languages: English, Dutch and French
