Repsonsibilities

- You lead the design, development and industrialisation of machine-learning solutions in Azure Databricks
- Work together with data engineers, business analysts and policy stakeholders to identify high-value use cases and translate business needs into data-driven solutions
- Develop anomaly-detection, risk-scoring and classification models using supervised and unsupervised techniques
- Use Databricks and Azure services including PySpark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, MLflow, Workflows, Azure Data Factory, Azure DevOps and Azure Storage
- Provide technical leadership, define standards and coach team members.

Profile

- You have a Master or PhD and 10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning or advanced analytics
- You have strong experience with Python, SQL, Azure Databricks and PySpark
- Strong knowledge of ML techniques, including anomaly detection, classification, clustering
- Experience with MLflow,



Delta Lake, Unity Catalog and Databricks Workflows
- Experience with Git, automated testing, CI/CD and MLOps practices
- Experience with explainable AI, risk scoring and large-scale data processing
