You will be responsible for leading generations, sourcing clients, renting and subletting homes all around Belgium.

The properties are sublet to our customers with the Kassoe Housing service that’s needed. You will oversee your properties and will work very closely with the Operations Team to coordinate move-in and move-out.

We notice a strong demand for our adapted service in a sector where our customers experience an old-fashioned, slow, and rigid service.

The most recently hired housing salespersons have come with a good knowledge about the residential real estate market, therefore we are not set about the prior experiences of the new colleague we are looking for. We are not only looking at a CV but also with someone with values. It is a requirement that you possess the following qualifications:

- Speaks and writes both French and English (mandatory).




- Knowledge of the residential real estate market (permit shares etc).
- Likes to have many balls in the air at the same time.
- Want to provide strong and good service to customers and colleagues.
- 50% (or less) at your desk (offers, admin)
- 50% (or more) on the road seeking new sales.
- Outgoing and service minded.
- Energetic and driven to deliver results.
- Can work independently but at the same time be part of a team.
