Key Responsibilities

Define and deliver the overall solution architecture blueprint for the new Anti-Money Laundering (AML) platform.

Deliver incremental solution architecture documents and deliverables according to Quarterly Agile Planning (QAP) commitments.

Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Infrastructure Architects, Security Architects, Tribe Lead Architects, Scrum Masters and Analysts.

Provide architectural guidance and support to implementation teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Participate in architectural studies, projects and initiatives related to the development and evolution of IT assets and solutions.

Design architecture for both internally developed solutions and packaged solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy.

Define scalable, secure, resilient and maintainable solution architectures.

Ensure effective integration and interoperability between analytical and operational environments.

Contribute to the architecture of data platforms and data products.

Identify and manage architectural risks, dependencies, constraints and technical challenges.

Evaluate alternative architectural approaches and provide recommendations based on technical and business requirements.

Ensure architectural efficiency and business impact through proactive stakeholder management.

Promote continuous improvement and identify opportunities to improve architecture, processes and technology solutions.

Support innovation initiatives and assess how new technologies and approaches can deliver business value.

Technical Skills & Experience

Mandatory

6+ years of experience in IT Solution Architecture.





Strong experience in Solution Architecture within data-related environments.

Proven experience designing and building data platforms.

Hands-on experience with data product architecture.

Strong understanding of data architecture, data flows and integration.

Experience with interoperability between analytical and operational environments.

Experience producing solution architecture blueprints and architecture documentation.

Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and solution design.

Experience working with multiple technical and business stakeholders.

Ability to translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical architectures.

Preferred

Experience in banking or financial services.

Experience in organisations where security, resilience and availability are critical requirements.

Experience with data virtualisation.

Experience with large-scale enterprise data platforms.

Knowledge of secure and resilient architecture practices in regulated environments.

Languages

English: Strong command – primary working language.

French or Dutch: Good command of either language.
