We are looking for an Expert Business Analyst (6 years of experience) to join a Fraud Cluster within the Customer Servicing and Efficiency tribe in Brussels for a 10-month project. The cluster develops fraud prevention tools and solutions and coordinates the bank-wide anti-fraud strategy. This hybrid role is available for an immediate start.

Key responsibilities

- Lead business analysis for end-to-end features and OPUS initiatives as Feature Owner or OPUS Owner.
- Facilitate business-needs collection and coordinate contributors and stakeholders throughout ideation and refinement.
- Challenge, validate, and document business needs, including efficiency, strategic fit, customer experience, and future-oriented solutions.
- Translate business and client needs into requirements for target solutions.
- Contribute to functional analysis and document requirements so squad members can work autonomously.
- Use mock-ups and visualisations to validate requirements with business stakeholders.




- Prepare and participate in end-to-end testing of new functionalities.
- Report progress, defects, constraints, impediments, risks, and issues.
- Support business onboarding by mapping needs to delivered functionalities and monitoring go-live activities.

Must-Have Requirements

- Experience with Agile ideation and refinement techniques is required.
- Experience as an OPUS Owner is required.
- Project management experience involving OPUS ownership, Feature Ownership, refinement, and ideation is required.
- Expertise in MS Office, particularly for graphs and data visualisation, is required.
- Experience contributing to testing activities is required.
- Functional analysis experience and an understanding of technical functionalities are required.
- Dutch proficiency
