HCLTech is looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager with strong exposure to Sophis and capital markets environments to join our team in Brussels.

The successful candidate will own end-to-end service delivery for a trading and risk management platform and act as the key point of accountability between business stakeholders, technology teams and external vendors.

Candidates currently based in France may also be considered if they are willing to relocate to Belgium.

Key Responsibilities

Own overall service delivery across Development, UAT and Production environments.

Ensure service quality and adherence to SLAs and OLAs.

Lead regular service review meetings with business stakeholders and technology teams.

Maintain service governance, escalation processes and operational documentation.

Manage major incidents, including P1/P2 incidents, coordinating resolution across multiple technical teams.

Drive root-cause analysis and problem management to reduce recurring incidents.

Govern change management and CAB processes for application changes, upgrades and patching.

Ensure implementation, rollback plans and operational runbooks are prepared before production changes.

Manage relationships with Sophis/Murex vendors, including escalations, defect tracking and SLA management.

Coordinate application support, infrastructure, database, network, security and cloud teams.

Act as a key liaison with trading, risk and operations stakeholders.

Drive capacity planning, lifecycle management, technology upgrades and platform refresh activities.

Manage Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity planning and testing.





Identify service risks and drive remediation plans.

Lead post-incident reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Produce service delivery reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders.

Maintain operational documentation and ensure compliance with relevant audit requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience in IT service delivery, service management or production support within financial services/capital markets.

Experience managing service delivery for trading or risk platforms such as Sophis, Murex, Calypso, Summit or similar solutions.

Strong understanding of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration and Capacity Management.

Proven experience managing major incidents and CAB/change governance.

Experience managing technology vendors and SLAs.

Good understanding of trading/risk platform architecture and dependencies.

Familiarity with infrastructure operations including patching, upgrades, migrations and DR/failover testing.

Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with business, risk, operations and senior technology stakeholders.

Strong communication, reporting and presentation skills.

Nice to Have

ITIL v4 certification.

Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms.

Knowledge of capital markets products such as FX, Rates, Equities, Fixed Income and Derivatives.

Exposure to regulatory and compliance requirements within financial services.
