Workster is partnering with a fast-growing e-mobility startup to recruit Team Lead – E-Bike Mechanics for their refurbishment centre in Düsseldorf. You will relocate there with the help of a relocation package.In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of e-bike mechanics, ensuring the highest quality standards in e-bike refurbishment and repair. You’ll play a key part in ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently while promoting a positive team culture. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of sustainable mobility in one of the most dynamic sectors.Your RoleLead & Mentor: Provide hands-on guidance and training to a team of e-bike mechanics, ensuring their continuous development and high performance.Technical Expertise: Act as the go-to expert for complex repairs and troubleshooting, setting the benchmark for technical excellence.Workflow & Efficiency: Oversee day-to-day operations, optimizing processes to ensure efficiency, productivity, and adherence to timelines.Quality Control: Ensure that all refurbished e-bikes meet rigorous quality standards before reaching customers.Problem Solving & Innovation: Identify bottlenecks in operations and implement process improvements to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.G., Operations, Customer Service) to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.Health & Safety Compliance:
