Napapijri is looking for a Sales Manager Iberia to join our team in Madrid or Barcelona, Spain.

As Sales Manager Iberia, you will be responsible for driving Napapijri's growth across Spain and Portugal, leading the commercial strategy for the Wholesale business while developing strategic partnerships and identifying new business opportunities.
You will be the main commercial representative of the brand in Iberia, managing key accounts, external agents and strategic partners, including El Corte Inglés, to deliver profitable and sustainable growth.
How You Will Make a Difference
You will achieve this by:
Defining and executing the commercial strategy for Spain and Portugal.
Driving sales growth and profitability across the Wholesale channel.
Managing strategic accounts including El Corte Inglés and other key customers.
Identifying and developing new business opportunities and distribution partners.
Negotiating annual agreements and commercial plans with key accounts.
Managing and developing relationships with agents and commercial partners.
Driving forecasting accuracy,
