Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineering Manager.
5+ years of experience in senior-level programming (iOS and Android).
Strong development practices, including code reviews, unit testing, and regression testing.
Solid knowledge of agile methodologies.
Strong communication skills with non-technical teams.
Knowledge of KPI and OKR metrics.
Knowledge of React (Web).
Intermediate level of English.
