Lead and manage an engineering squad within the Assortment & Planogram team
Drive product strategy and roadmap for the new planogram tool
Collaborate with data science teams to deliver data-driven product features
Work closely with UX/design to ensure exceptional user experience
Manage stakeholder relationships and client engagement throughout the product lifecycle
Conduct research and discovery activities to inform product decisions
Manage product backlogs, prioritization, and delivery in an agile environment
Requirements
Proven Product Management experience delivering complex, data-led products
Strong analytical mindset and interest in data-driven decision making
Proficiency in research/discovery methodologies
Experience working with data science functions (highly preferable)
Technical knowledge with insight products
Ability to drive initiatives independently
Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and departments
Ability to conduct research and deep-dive analysis to deliver actionable insights
Strong stakeholder and client management skills
Experience managing backlogs, prioritization,



and product roadmaps in agile environments
Background in the retail industry (desirable)
Experience with planogramming tools (desirable)
