Appodeal is seeking a Chief Data Science Officer to lead and scale the Data Science UA team in Barcelona.
This full-time, hybrid role requires 5+ years in Data Science and 3+ years in leadership.
Responsibilities leading the Data Science function
translating business goals into DS/ML initiatives
overseeing ML model development and deployment
collaborating with Product and Engineering
managing a multidisciplinary team
Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
strong technical skills in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
experience with data pipelines and big data
excellent leadership and communication skills
