This role ensures operational excellence, team performance, and customer satisfaction through effective leadership and strategic oversight
Responsibilities Lead, coach, and manage a team of Field Service Engineers across designated territories.
Ensure timely and high-quality execution of installation, maintenance, and repair services.
Drive team performance through KPIs, efficiency metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations.
Collaborate with internal departments (e.G., Sales, Technical Support, Logistics) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Foster strong customer relationships, acting as a point of escalation and ensuring satisfaction.
Identify training needs and support the development of technical and soft skills within the team.
Manage resource planning, scheduling, and workload balancing to optimize service coverage.




Skills & Competencies In-depth technical knowledge of Vertiv and legacy equipment.

Qualifications Formal Engineering qualification in a related field
Proven experience managing field service teams in a technical or engineering environment.
