Docplanner provides healthcare technology that helps patients leave and read reviews and enables doctors to manage bookings. The company operates across 13 countries, serving more than 90 million patients monthly and supporting over 300,000 specialists.

Задачи

- Design, build, and operate scalable data ingestion and processing pipelines across many source systems;

- Lead architectural decisions on the platform and write proposals for their adoption;

- Improve platform reliability, observability, and cost-efficiency;

- Develop infrastructure in close cooperation with Platform engineers;

- Improve data contracts, tooling, and self-service together with analytics engineers, analysts, and data consumers;

- Mentor data engineers through code reviews, pairing, and design feedback;

- Drive automation and AI-assisted operations;

- Work with analytics engineers, analysts, developers, platform engineers, and product managers to turn ambiguous data problems into shipped solutions;

- Build and runthe runtime layer for data workloads, including Kubernetes operations, Terraform, Docker optimization, and CI/CD;

- Enable product areas to use the data platform, including ingestion, dbt modeling, and data serving.

Требования
- Several years of experience building and operating production data platforms, including data warehousing,



data lakes, orchestration, ingestion, and event streaming;

- Strong Pythonand SQL skills;

- Solid software engineering practices, including testing, CI/CD, and code review;

- Deep experience with Airflow, including running, scaling, and debugging the orchestrator;

- Strong experience with AWS and cloud data warehouses;

- Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, including deploying, inspecting, and debugging workloads;

- Experience with idempotency, backfills, data quality checks, and monitoring;

- Senior-level communication skills for explaining technical trade-offs to analysts, product managers, and engineers;

- Proactive andpragmatic approach to problem solving;

- Must be basedin Spain;

- Very good English communication skills, both spoken and written;

- Nice to have: RabbitMQ, Kafka or similar messaging systems, Spark, operationalizing ML models.
