AI Deployment Consultant | Barcelona | €60–70k + Bonus + Equity

I'm currently working on an exciting AI Deployment Strategist opportunity with a fast-growing AI company building voice and text agents that are designed to work in real-world business environments.

This is not a traditional consulting, Customer Success or Product role. It's a genuinely hands-on position sitting at the intersection of AI, customers, product and engineering, with ownership from initial discovery through to production and ongoing optimisation.

You'll be responsible for

- Understanding customer workflows and translating business problems into effective AI agent behaviour
- Designing, testing and iterating prompts and configurations
- Working closely with engineering on integrations and deployment
- Taking pilots into production and making sure they perform




- Monitoring live performance and identifying opportunities to improve quality
- Working with stakeholders from operational teams through to senior leadership
- Identifying new use cases where AI can deliver measurable business value
- Feeding real-world learnings back into Product and Engineering

I'm particularly interested in people coming from AI, solutions consulting, implementation, technical customer success, product, operations, strategy or consulting backgrounds (Must be Spanish Speaking)
