About The Role

What You'll Do

- Review AI-generated content and evaluate it against safety, fairness, and ethical standards
- Classify outputs based on compliance criteria including accuracy, bias, and appropriateness
- Identify content that could be harmful, misleading, or in violation of policy guidelines
- Write structured, detailed feedback on policy-related issues in clear, professional language
- Work across a diverse range of topics and content types




- Complete assignments independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

- A strong critical thinker who can evaluate nuanced content objectively
- Someone with a genuine interest in ethics, fairness, policy, or related topics
- A clear and precise written communicator
- Detail-oriented and consistent in applying evaluation criteria
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- No prior experience in AI, policy, or compliance required

Nice to Have

- Background in philosophy, law, social sciences, journalism, or public policy
- Experience with content moderation, research, or quality evaluation
- Familiarity with AI systems or digital media as an end user
