and maximize overall ROI.Track and evaluate essential KPIs (sell‑in, sell‑out, market share, share of voice, retail media performance), taking corrective action whenever results deviate from targets.Prepare and present KPI‑focused performance analyses to local leadership and the Global KAM team, turning data into actionable recommendations.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or a related field.Strong knowledge of Amazon's digital marketing levers and advertising tools.Demonstrated experience working with core e‑commerce KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, and retail media metrics.Advanced skills in Excel and data visualization software (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to extract insights and communicate them clearly.Comfortable working in fast‑moving, data‑driven digital environments with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.Fluency in English; additional languages such as Spanish or Italian are considered an advantage.
