The opportunity

We are offering an exciting Apprenticeship within our Change and CI improvement team. In this role, you will support key transformation and process improvement initiatives across the organization, gaining hands-on experience in business transformation within an international insurance environment.

Some of the responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across different business functions
- Assisting in the analysis and optimization of processes to enhance efficiency and performance
- Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support decision-making
- Contributing to change management initiatives and internal transformation projects
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple countries
- Preparing presentations, reports, and documentation for ongoing projects

The expertise you bring

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (Business, Engineering, Data, or similar)
- Strong interest in Change Management, Continuous Improvement, or Transformation
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and an interest in working with data
- Well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- Team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders
- Comfortable working in an international and fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel,



PowerPoint, Word)
