Position: Music Production Expert - Spanish (ES)

Type: Contract

Compensation: $39–$54/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: Up to 6 months

Commitment: 20+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

- Evaluate AI-generated music across genres for musicality, creativity, and production quality.
- Compare songs on prompt adherence, vocal quality, and mix quality.
- Label songs by genre, structure, instruments, vocals, and musical characteristics.
- Review AI-generated lyrics and vocals for quality and accuracy.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

- Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish (ES).
- Ability to follow detailed written instructions in English.
- 2+ years of experience as a music producer, audio engineer, or mixing engineer.




- Headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening.

Preferred

- Formal training in music performance, theory, or composition.
- Credited or commercially released production, engineering, or mixing work.
- Broad familiarity with contemporary Spanish (ES) genres, sub-genres, and artists.
