? The Project: Supporting business operations and project management activities through reporting, budget tracking, process improvement, and stakeholder coordination across international teams.

Your Mission

Drive operational excellence by supporting projects, reporting, budgeting, and business processes while partnering with stakeholders across multiple teams.

? Key Responsibilities:

? Coordinate communication between project teams and key stakeholders.

? Maintain project documentation, reports, business metrics, and operational data.

? Track project milestones, timelines, deliverables, and performance indicators.

? Monitor budgets, expenditures, and cost controls.

? Review contracts, cost proposals, and supporting documentation.

⚙️ Document and improve business processes and operational workflows.





? Support project planning and project management activities.

? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and business outcomes.

✅ Who We Are Looking For:

✔️ 6+ years of experience in Business Operations, Sales Operations, PMO, Project Coordination, Business Analysis, or similar roles.

✔️ Strong analytical and reporting skills.

✔️ Experience managing budgets, costs, forecasting, or financial tracking activities.

✔️ Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

✔️ Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

✔️ Professional English level.

✔️ Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
