Chemistry Specialist (Masters/PhDs) - AI Training
About The Role
What if your deep expertise in chemistry could directly shape how AI reasons through the most complex scientific problems in the world? We're looking for Chemistry Specialists — Masters and PhD holders — to design, solve, and evaluate advanced chemistry problems that train cutting-edge AI models to think like real scientists.
This is a fully remote, versátil contract role built for working researchers, postdocs, industry chemists, and academics who want to apply their expertise in a high-impact, intellectually stimulating way. No prior AI experience needed — your scientific depth is what matters.

- Review and evaluate AI-generated responses to chemistry problems for accuracy, rigor, and depth
- Develop complex, nuanced problem statements that push AI reasoning to its limits
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to improve model performance
- Ensure scientific clarity, methodological soundness, and expert-level quality across all deliverables
- Work independently on task-based assignments at a pace that suits your schedule
Who You Are
- Holds a Master's or PhD in Chemistry or a closely related field
- Deep expertise in one or more subfields — organic, inorganic, physical, or computational chemistry
- Comfortable working with Python or computational chemistry tools such as Gaussian or VASP
- Precise and rigorous in scientific writing, with exceptional attention to detail
- Fluent in English with strong written communication skills
- Self-directed and reliable when working independently in an asynchronous environment
