The Opportunity
As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting and coordinating payroll operations across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local labor and payroll regulations and the accurate, timely processing of payroll cycles.



You will act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external payroll providers, helping deliver an excellent employee experience within a fast-paced, international environment.Job Responsibilities & Duties

Coordinate monthly payroll processes for assigned countries, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments through external payroll providers.
Provide payroll inputs for the calculation of salaries, benefits, variable compensation, commissions, taxes and statutory deductions.
Ensure compliance with local payroll, tax and labor legislation, including benefits administration, leaves of absence and employment-related requirements.
Manage new hire, employee change and termination documentation with external payroll providers.
Maintain accurate payroll records, employee data and supporting documentation across HR and payroll systems.
