This division brings together mission management, supply chain, and quality & product assurance to make sure every mission is delivered smoothly, reliably, and to the highest standards. They turn plans into action, keeping us efficient and mission-ready at all times.
Our Supply Chain team ensures every Open Cosmos mission is supported by the right materials, suppliers and delivery plans to build and launch our satellite platforms successfully.
That’s where you come in.
We’re looking for an Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to support the day-to-day control, movement and tracking of materials, components and equipment across our satellite programmes.
What will you be doing?
Receiving, logging and storing incoming components,



tools and consumables
Managing goods in / goods out processes to ensure accurate stock movements
Maintaining accurate inventory records across internal systems and spreadsheets
Supporting stock counts, audits and reconciliation activities
Highlighting low stock levels, shortages or discrepancies
Maintaining clean, organised and safe lab and storage areas
Supporting tool tracking and shared equipment availability
Assisting engineering teams in locating materials and equipment
Coordinating inbound and outbound shipments of satellite hardware and equipment
Liaising with freight forwarders and couriers to book shipments and track deliveries
Preparing shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, airway bills)
Coordinating with internal teams to align shipments with production schedules
Supporting logistics cost tracking and invoice processing
