Resilience Technical Lead, Remote (EU) – International Client

Resilience Technical Lead.

We are seeking a highly experienced Resilience Technical Lead with over 15 years of expertise and a strong technical background in Disaster Recovery, Cyber Recovery, on-premises infrastructures, and cloud environments.
The Technical Lead will oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, robust governance frameworks, and effective financial control across all workstreams.
Lead and mentor internal technical teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
· Oversee the full project lifecycle, including:
-Scoping and planning.
-Testing and validation.
-Deployment and service transition.




· Drive the delivery of complex resilience and transformation projects within scope, time, and budget.
· Develop and maintain detailed project plans and high-quality documentation, including:
-Ensure alignment of projects with business strategy and resilience objectives.
· Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies.
· Ensure financial oversight and cost control across all initiatives.

Solid knowledge of cloud environments (multi-cloud preferred).
· Hands-on experience in hybrid IT environments.
· Strong project and program management capabilities.
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
· Professional proficiency in English.
· English (C1).
