Role Description As a Customer Service Representative at 4Phones, you will handle customer inquiries, provide product and order information, and resolve issues through phone, email, and online channels. You will support customers with order status, returns, warranties, and technical questions, ensuring a positive customer experience and high satisfaction. The role includes updating customer records, collaborating with logistics and sales teams, and following established procedures to maintain service quality.





This is a full-time hybrid role based in Valencia, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

- Experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support positions.
- Strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to manage inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ability to enhance Customer Experience through clear communication, empathy, and professional follow-up.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages such as Dutch, German or French are an advantage.
- Comfort with using CRM systems, email, and online support tools; basic computer literacy required.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented mindset, reliability, and willingness to learn about mobile device parts and accessories.
- Previous experience in distribution, electronics, or a related industry is beneficial but not required.
