Braun Management assists executive teams across Europe in addressing internal organizational problems that have become too complex for internal resolution. Our work focuses on restructuring, clarifying decision rights, and providing the evidence-backed analysis needed to move past operational friction.
The Role As we assist a Spanish telecommunications client with their internal governance and structural efficiency, the Data Analytics Intern will be responsible for turning raw organizational data into clear, actionable insights. This fully remote position is designed for someone who enjoys the unglamorous but necessary work of finding patterns within complex systems to support executive decision-making.
You will assist our consulting team by auditing data related to personnel, reporting lines, and operational output to help us understand why certain processes have stalled. Your primary focus will be to ensure that every conclusion we present to the leadership team is grounded in hard facts and careful observation.
What You Will Do
- Review internal reports and organizational data to identify areas of friction within the Spanish telecommunications client structure.
- Clean and organize datasets that track how decisions are made across different tiers of governance.
- Create clear charts and tables that visualize structural gaps or underperformance for our consulting reports.
- Assist in the documentation of current workflows and help map out proposed changes to decision rights.
- Participate in remote team meetings to discuss data findings and how they align with qualitative observations.
- Verify the accuracy of numbers used in final executive presentations and written path-forward documents.
- Conduct basic research on European governance standards to provide context for the client data we process.
What We Are Looking For
- A current student or recent graduate in a field like statistics, economics, business analytics, or social sciences.
- Basic proficiency in Excel or similar data tools, with a focus on organizing information logically.
- An interest in how large organizations function and a willingness to look for the reason behind the numbers.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when checking for consistency across different data sources.
- Clear writing skills and the ability to explain what a chart shows without using technical jargon or hype.
- A disciplined approach to working remotely, including the ability to manage time without direct supervision.
- Comfort with honest, evidence-backed discussions about organizational failures or structural stalls.
How We Work Braun Management operates entirely without a central office. We rely heavily on written communication and structured documentation to keep our projects moving forward. This means every team member, including interns,
must be comfortable conveying thoughts clearly in writing. Our culture favors precision over speed and quiet analysis over performative meetings. Since we are a remote team, we prioritize clarity in our digital interactions and respect each other's focused work time. We value the sober second thought and the ability to remain objective when looking at difficult organizational realities. What We Offer We provide a competitive, paid internship that offers exposure to high-level organizational consulting. The pay is attractive for an entry-level position and reflects the level of precision we expect from our team.
You will work on real client problems, including our current engagement with a Spanish telecommunications firm, and see how data influences executive decisions. The role includes adaptable remote working hours and the chance to learn from experienced consultants who value rigor and honesty. We focus on professional growth through direct feedback and involvement in substantive analysis rather than administrative tasks.
By providing the data that supports our findings, you help our clients see their own organizations more clearly. Your work ensures that our recommendations for the Spanish telecommunications client are grounded in reality rather than assumptions. Ultimately, this role is about helping leadership teams find a clearer path forward through the complexities of modern corporate governance. We look for individuals who prefer evidence over opinion and clarity over complexity.
