This role bridges the gap between database engineering and enterprise data strategy, ensuring that our data is structured, secure, accessible, and optimized for analytics, reporting, and operational needs.

Database

ArchitectureDesign and optimize relational and non-relational database schemas for new and existing applications. Implement data storage solutions that maximize performance, scalability, and reliability. Collaborate with developers to optimize storage, performance and data structures.

Oversee database security, backup, recovery, and maintenance strategies.Data ArchitectureDevelop and maintain the organization's enterprise data model and data flow architecture. Aware of data quality, governance, and compliance across all systems. Collaboration & StrategyWork closely with developers, AI/ML engineers, data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to align data infrastructure with business needs.

Evaluate and recommend future database technologies, cloud solutions, and analytics platforms. Establish best practices for data management, storage, and access across the organization. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.5+ years of experience in database design, administration,



or data architecture.Strong expertise in SQL, NoSQL, and relational database management systems Knowledge of data governance, quality, and compliance frameworks.

Fluency in English required (English is company language).Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Familiarity with cluster/virtualization technologies as Docker containers and/or Kubernetes is a plus. Ability to design end-to-end data solutions, from database schema to enterprise-wide data flow.
