This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong reading comprehension and a methodical approach to work. No legal, document management, or AI experience required — just a reliable internet connection and a commitment to quality.

What You'll Do

- Read and annotate a diverse range of documents — including articles, reports, contracts, and forms
- Classify document sections, extract key information, and label important data points
- Identify and tag entities, dates, relationships, and other meaningful elements within text
- Apply structured annotation guidelines with precision and consistency
- Maintain a high standard of accuracy across large volumes of documents




- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

- Strong reading comprehension and ability to process diverse document types
- Naturally detail-oriented with a systematic, consistent approach to tasks
- Comfortable following structured guidelines and applying them at scale
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No legal, administrative, or AI experience required

Nice to Have

- Background in research, editing, paralegal work, administration, or data entry
- Experience with document management, information extraction, or content review
- Familiarity with annotation tools or quality assurance workflows
