We’re hiring: Electronics Test Engineer | MADES – Málaga, Spain

Your role

As a Test Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and continuously improving test solutions throughout our manufacturing processes, working with complex electronic products and advanced technologies.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Developing, implementing and supporting test processes across different stages of production.
- Defining test strategies and procedures for electronic products, particularly RF applications.
- Troubleshooting and performing failure analysis on analog, digital and RF electronic assemblies.
- Supporting repair activities and root-cause analysis of complex technical issues.
- Improving the performance, reliability and efficiency of manufacturing and test processes.
- Developing and maintaining automated test solutions.
- Evaluating test equipment,



measurement instrumentation and technology suppliers.
- Collaborating closely with Programs, Production and Quality teams.

What we’re looking for

- Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Electronics or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Test Engineering, preferably within an electronics manufacturing or repair environment.
- Hands-on experience with test and measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters and DAQ systems.
- Experience with LabVIEW, TestStand, .NET and/or MATLAB.
- Knowledge of hardware platforms and interfaces such as PXI, Virginia Panel and VME.
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities involving analog, digital and RF electronic equipment and assemblies.
- Minimum B2 level of English.
- Availability for occasional business travel.

We will also value experience in

- RF measurement equipment, including network analyzers, spectrum analyzers and signal generators.
- Electronic design, particularly Radio Frequency (RF).
- Development of electronic test systems for CCAs, including Bed-of-Nails and functional testing.
- JTAG / Boundary Scan testing.
- Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies.
